Positive: Rooms are impressive, nice amenities, quite large, fully equipped kitchen with top-end appliances. Dinner was good, and good value. The wait staff were attentive and friendly.
Negative: Check-in was a bit of a disaster. They wouldn't let me drop off baggage because I arrived at 3:34. Rooms not available until 4, I was briskly told. I was given a map upon which a circle was drawn (check in) and then a line which apparently teleported me to one of 3 circled parking lots. So I parked in one of the 3 lots and made my way back to the check in counter with 4 bags. At 4:01 I was given a key and another map, when I said the facility was not clearly signed. The map was identical to the first. I wandered the site until I found my room at 4:28. 2 couples I ran into agreed the site was maze-like, with very few/no signs directing you to correct elevators and buildings. Exit signs pointed both ways. No staff could be found. Maybe they did teleport across the facility!
Summary: Could be a 5 star stay, but check-in staff attitudes and confusing signage are issues needing work.

Positive: Great property, lots of restaurants and shops. Beautiful rooms.
Negative: Full construction of new property across the street which we woke up to in the mornings, did not bother us as the rooms are fairly sound resistant and it’s not winter so construction is expected, but would’ve been nice to know to request a room on the back side of the building
